MINUTES OF EXECUTIVE MEETING HELD ON 3RD FEBRUARY ,2023
Executive meeting held on 3r d February, began around 4 pm with the welcome address delivered by ADAI Secretary Dr. Mohan Kumar and ADAI President Dr. Mithra Hegde mam followed by a briefing regarding the proceedings of the present conference and the total number of members joining our Association.
The DCI President, Dr. Dibyendu Mazumdar congratulated Dr. Mithra Hegde for her meticulous job during the conference.
Confirmation of the minutes of the last EC meeting.The minutes of the previous EC were read. The same were confirmed. Proposed by Dr.Ashu Gupta sir and seconded Dr. Shishir Singh sir.
Next ADAI conference in 2024. Dr. Subhash was called for the EC meeting to update the 2n d National Conference by Saveetha Dental College, Chennai. He explained about the conference venue and the accommodation of the Delegates who will be participating in the 2n d ADAI Conference
ADAI President Dr. Mithra Hegde announced that the first national conference Registration crossed 800 and hence we are expecting more than 1000 registration for the 2n d national conference. All the EC members agreed for the same.
Dr. Karunakar suggested that for the 2n d national conference, more Dental Colleges should be involved and include the state members as the organizing team.
Dr. Mohan Kumar suggested that our Association members to be increased so can we include 2 more EC members.DCI President Dr. Dibyendu Mazumdar agreed for the same and the names was suggested by the EC members to cover all the states wise for Kerala Dr. Mohammed Sagir and for the Delhi part Dr. Mandeep Grewal was suggested and EC agreed to it..
Dr. Shishir Singh sir explained about the Editors report and DCI President Dr. Dibyendu Mazumdar sir congratulated him for the release of the journal on a short notice. Dr. Ashu Gupta suggested that more academicians can be involved up for the editorial work / EC gave approval to Dr. Shishir Singh to select his editorial team.
